Bebe Köfte is an authentic restaurant that merges the traditional meatballs of eastern Turkey with modern presentation. The space is thoughtfully designed to reflect these unique characteristics, blending tradition with contemporary style for an effective and genuine atmosphere.
The design utilizes colors and textures to create a warm ambiance, capturing the essence of a modern restaurant with elements of conventional Turkish cuisine. The red terrazzo flooring defines the seating areas, while the grey microcement circulation paths provide a striking contrast. This combination enhances the restaurant's identity, offering a unique and inviting dining experience.
In a 65-square-meter area, the kitchen, scullery, and services are situated at the back, optimizing staff workflow. Sales products are displayed in a refrigerator seamlessly integrated into the wall design. The seating areas are ergonomically arranged to offer a clear view of the space. The kitchen, located behind the service bar, is separated by a semi-transparent wall that allows indirect light to filter through.
The space features carefully chosen tones of terra rosa and grey, complemented by wooden textures to evoke a traditional aesthetic. The service bar stands out as a trademark element, adorned with detailed textured ceramic materials.
